Summary

In Chapter 52 Ronan starts to dream with the help of everyone else. He feels the demon’s influence as he starts to build the item he is looking for. He sees the bloody body of Gansey, but tells himself that it is not real and asks the others to wake him up.

In Chapter 53, Gansey thinks of how he had been excited to come to this mansion seven years ago. Henry breaks into the house and tells Gansey that they are close friends. The two split up and Gansey goes to the ballroom and into the backyard, imagining the party he had gone to. He arrives at the place where he had been stung to death and saved and wonders why he was brought back to life. Henry then calls for him.
