Camp Nightingale

Camp Nightingale is the main setting in this novel. This camp is owned by Franny’s family. It was bought by Franny’s grandfather who created the lake because the only fault he found with the property was that it did not have a body of water. Emma was a camper at Camp Nightingale when her cabin mates disappeared. They were eventually declared dead. Emma is asked to return to this camp when it reopens as an instructor. Emma is under suspicion when the girls with which she was sharing a cabin go missing during her time as an instructor. Emma locates the girls on the grounds of the camp. She also finds the remains of Natalie and Allison.
