Summary

In Part VI: The Trigger, Chapter 49, Poundcake never liked being around the smaller kids at camp because they reminded him of his lost brother, but he spent time with them in the vain hope of finding his brother. When Megan arrives at the hotel, he wonders if his brother was used as a bomb. Returning to the hotel after scavenging the diner, he has Grace in his sights until Cassie tackles him, allowing Grace to shoot him, and although Dumbo tends his wounds, Poundcake knows he is dying so he does not mind when his friends leave him behind in the parking lot. Crawling to the hotel, he finds the bomb and enters the lobby to see Grace. She shoots him several times, but she stops smiling when she sees the bag in his hand. Flirting, Grace offers to save...
