Summary
Act Two: Scene 3 begins upstairs. Everett laughs at TJ as TJ tells him the story of eating the super spicy wings. TJ expresses hurt that Everett didn’t tell him he’d asked Dwayne if he could stay here. He says that after the next job things are going to be different but Everett tells him that he always says that and things never change. Everett complains that they pulled a gun on someone during their last job and that this isn’t the sort of life he wants to lead. TJ makes homophobic comments about what would happen if Everett lived there. TJ remembers taking care of Everett as a baby and says he has always tried his best to do right by him.
