Summary

Maryse is confused wondering why they went after Frenchy’s and not her. Eventually Sadie takes the lead and heads to Frenchy’s with Maryse and Chef with her. Molly and the other people stay back to guard Nana Jean’s.

When they get to Frenchy’s there is chaos. The place had been packed because it was a Saturday night, and it is now on fire. They make their way through the people, some of whom are talking about seeing monsters. Sadie explains that the sight can come on people in an instant.

In the middle of the chaos, Butcher Clyde starts speaking. “Brethren, we must do our best to stamp out the vices in our midst! Fornication! Drinking! Heathen music! It’s left us to correct the waywardness of these simple minds, as a father must govern over his children and home...
