Chapter 18, Looks Summary

Tawney has not made much progress on the intelligence side. It is still thought that someone may be recruiting the terrorists to come out of the shadows. Popov arrives in London and makes his way to a Hereford pub. He overhears references to the Rainbow unit. He asks some questions and learns that John Clark's wife is a nurse at the local hospital.
