Chapter 15, White Hats Summary

Malloy and his chopper crew are on their way to the theme park. He refuels at a military facility and has the ground crew paint "POLICIA" on the side of the Night Hawk. Malloy and his crew arrive at the park and are hovering ready to assist. They spot a gunman positioned on the roof of the Castle. Rene contacts the command post and tells Bellow that hostages will be shot in three hours if their demands are not met.

Since the French government will not negotiate to release Carlos the Jackal, Rainbow must act quickly. To forestall any action from the terrorists, Bellow tells Rene that the Jackal is being released.
