Chapter 17, Bushes Summary

Bill Henriksen contacts Gus Werner, Assistant FBI Director, to discuss the Spanish hostage situation. Henriksen suspects that Werner knows about the anti-terrorism unit but is not able to get him to reveal any information about it. To let Werner know he is on to the unit, Henriksen mentions that if they do not want the identity of the unit revealed they shouldn't try to disguise a military copter as a police aircraft.

After a Cabinet meeting, Carol Brightling cajoles Secretary-Treasurer George Winston into revealing the name of the top-secret unit in the Spanish hostage take-down.
