Point of View

"Me Before You" by Jojo Moyes is a story about a vibrant and energetic man named Will Traynor who lives life to the fullest - right up until a collision with a motorcycle takes all of that away, and leaves him a quadraplegic. Will is the type of person who enjoys his life in every way. He enjoys traveling, and trying new things, always challenging himself to be more. The tale is primarily told by the main character, Louisa Clarke, in the first person perspective, but to properly express the feelings and opinions of the supporting characters, Jojo Moyes wrote several chapters which were each dedicated to a particular character. Louisa Clarke is hired to act as companion/caregiver for Will and is told she is only needed for six months.
