Chapter 7 Summary

At the isolated farmhouse, Marv throws himself against the reinforced and barred iron door in his small, white-tiled cell. The cell is designed for easy cleanup, with shower drains on the white-tiled floor. Lucille watches, leaning against the wall, huddled in Marv's oversized coat, as Marv throws himself at the door again and again. The mounted severed heads hang above them on the wall, as Marv is repelled by the door and falls to the ground. Marv wipes off his chin and runs at the door again. Finally, Marv's assault dislodges the door from the wall with a crash. Lucille is hesitant at first, but she leaves under Marv's protective arm.

As Marv and Lucille leave the farmhouse, they hear the sounds of helicopters overhead. Holding onto Lucille, Marv runs for cover as the helicopters land. He pulls out Gladys, ready for battle...
