Arcand

Arcand is a settlement that Natives established after being pushed inland from the coastal areas. This includes the land Joan inherited from her father, her mother's property, and some other specific places. Most of the people are poor, but the land is incredibly valuable.

The Woods

Joan has 26 acres and a small house left to her by her father. The house has only a single bedroom, but Joan is very comfortable there. Victor wants to consider selling because of the enormous value of the land, but Joan refuses to consider it. This is the basis of their fight that leads to Victor becoming a rogarou.
