Chapters 55-60 Summary

Dick Hickock receives another DIRT fax in Chapter 55. The fax spells out in great detail Hickock's connection to Window Seat, Limited. In addition to gay pornography magazines, Window Seat is the parent corporation of an Internet company responsible for distributing child pornography. The DIRT fax has been sent to Hickock alone with instructions to contact the originator before close of business that day. If Hickock refuses to contact the author of the DIRT fax, the Window Seat information will be leaked to the media. Hickock dials the number given on the fax and speaks to Tommy Bruce (aka Jonathan Dryer). Dryer wants Hickock to pay him $3,000,000 to keep his mouth shut about Window Seat.
