Chapter 11, Infrastructure Summary
Kevin Mayflower, President of the Sierra Club, is visiting Carol Brightling in the Washington DC office. They are having a heated discussion over a bill that will allow for new drilling in Alaska. While Kevin is adamant that she must convince the President to veto the bill, Carol thinks to herself that there is a solution but doubts that Kevin would be up to join the real fight.
