News of the shooting hits the airwaves almost immediately. Christine Johnson is watching the news coverage when her husband arrives home from work. Christine and her husband, George, have struggled in their relationship lately because George works long hours and seems to have no time for Christine. However, this night George puts his work aside and focuses on his wife. Christine and her husband settle down to watch the terrible coverage together. Despite the terrible news on the television, Christine and George spend an intimate few hours together that is more precious and important than any time they have shared together in several years.
