Chapter 69, Sansa Summary

Lord Petyr Baelish takes Sansa Stark Lannister to his keep. She thought he was taking her home to Winterfell, but he tells her it is burned and she will now live with him. He says he is going to marry Lysa Stark Arryn, Sansa's aunt. He tells Sansa no one must know she is there and she must go by the name Alayne Stone. Sansa asks about Dontos, and Petyr says he could not be trusted to poison King Joffrey. He says it was Lady Olenna Tyrell who did it and she took the amethyst when she pretended to fix Sansa's hair at the wedding. Petyr says he started rumors at Highgarden, the home of the Tyrells, when the marriage between Joffrey and Margaery Tyrell was being planned.

Lysa arrives some days later. She and Petyr are married, as Lysa wants...
