Chapter 39, Tyrion and Chapter 40, Arya Summary

Tyrion is awaiting the arrival of Prince Doran, a prince of the southernmost of the Seven Kingdoms. He does not recognize the house banners that are coming, and has his squire, Podrick identify them. He realizes they are the strongest house of Dorne. When he greets the leaders, he realizes Doran is not there, but feigns ignorance. He is introduced to Doran's brother, Prince Oberyn Martell. Tyrion has heard stories about Prince Oberyn fighting with a poisoned blade. He is also the one who caused Willas Tyrell to be crippled.
