Chapter 33, Tyrion Summary

Tyrion is not doing well. Rumors are circulating about Sansa still being a virgin. Sansa does not want to be near Tyrion at all. He is also upset because Shae does not care that he is married. Tyrion and Ser Bronn inspect the riverfront so they can rebuild the port. After they have finished, they go to meet Symon Silver Tongue. He tries to bribe Symon to leave, since Symon knows about he and Shae. Symon says he will not say anything if Tyrion arranges for him to sing at Joffrey's wedding, where there will be a singing contest. Tyrion agrees, but later tells Bronn to have him killed in a few days.

When Tyrion returns to the castle, his father, Tywin, wants to see him. Tywin shows him the new swords he has had made for Joffrey and Jaime. The...
