Chapter 15, Catelyn Summary

Catelyn's son Robb returns home. Catelyn meets with him and is surprised to see several new people with him. She tells her son that she has released Jaime Lannister in exchange for her daughters. Lord Rickard Karstark, a member of Robb's company, attacks her for doing this. Robb stops Karstark and tells his mother he understands why she did it. He says they cannot help what they do for love. Karstark is still angry and leaves. Catelyn notices Grey Wind, Robb's direwolf, is not around, and Robb tells her the direwolf growls around Ser Rolph Spicer and Jeyne is uneasy around the wolf. Catelyn tells him to send Ser Rolph away, because she wants Grey Wind to stay with her son and protect him.
