Summary

The next chapter is titled “Ryan.” Joseph sends Ryan and Angela to 718 Welbeck Street. Joseph sends text messages with instructions to speak to the business owner. They realize that this is how Joseph knows which houses will be vacant, making it easy to steal the cars. Ryan, posing as Kelly, enters the office. He is supposed to say he is here to do painting and decorating. Ryan is surprised when the girl at the front desk completely captures his heart. He is also surprised that she seems to know nothing about this coded message from Joseph – that he is a decorator. Ryan and Jen banter until she summons her Kenneth.
