Summary

In Chapter 14, Whistledown believes that if there is a scandal at the house party, there are enough gossips there that everyone in London will know in detail what happened.

Anthony continued to suck out the venom, unaware they were being watched. Kate finally pushed Anthony away and told him to stop. Lady Bridgerton asked Anthony what he was doing. She understood what had happened when Anthony said that Kate had been stung by a bee. Featherington, however, informed Anthony that he would have to marry Kate. Anthony threatened Featherington not to spread any gossip about them.
