As soon as Tom leaves, Arthur Lee has the feds send all the poverty money to him so he can dole it out. A doctor from Beckley comes looking for Dillon carrying a jar with a pair of black lungs inside. He tells Dillon that the unions need to be cleaned up and this time he will have help.
