Summary

When Apollo arrives at New Rome, he is shocked to find that the unicorns are enjoying the fight. He finds Meg, who guesses what happened to Frank, but knows they have to find Tarquin. Realizing he is after the Sibylline books, they head to the bookstore. On the way, they find the god, Terminus, protecting the orphaned Julia, and Apollo promises they will win. They then find Hazel, who sends her horse, Arion, to find him. They then find Tarquin in the bookstore attempting to get answers from Ella’s cat. The king is excited to hear that the emperors are dead.
