Chapter 3 Summary

After seeing Becky home, Taylor goes to a socialist club in Soho to meet Dan Goldberg, Sally's husband. Taylor tells him about the events of the day. They speculate about who the bomber might be. The Prince suspects his cousin, Count Otto von Schwartzberg. He is next in lie to the throne after Rudolf who is in line after his brother Wilhelm. Goldberg says that the bomber is someone in the employ of either Germany or Austria-Hungary who are looking to provoke a crisis in order to annex Razkavia. They want the nickel mines.
