Summary

Chapter 68 opens as everyone celebrates successes of the war and Beth wonders what happened to Bletchley Park. She also begins to think that Peggy might be the traitor, since she is the one who told Mab about the Coventry raid.

In Chapter 69, Mab and her husband, Mike, have a terse conversation. Mab remembers how she chose him after the end of the war because she was ready for a baby. Mike says she never lets him get close to her and says she is a good wife, but thinks she does not love him. Mab wishes she could tell him about the traitor and the two acknowledge that they both do not tell each other everything. She leaves to pick up Osla.

In Chapter 70, Beth is visited by Giles and she realizes that he is the traitor by how guilty he looks...
