Summary

Chapter 15 begins immediately after the conclusion of Chapter 12 as Grace and Mark ride back to Washington in a taxi form the Pentagon. Mark believed the investigation to be concluded, but Grace used the contact information from Sally Rider’s dossier to contact her sister, Annie, over the phone in Mark’s apartment. Annie agreed to meet Grace at a hotel bar that night at 7 o’clock, and Grace accepted despite having to stay another day. After calling Frankie to fill him in on her whereabouts, she went to the hotel and meets Annie, whom she discovered works in the hotel bar as a waitress. During her break, Annie met Grace in a back room and told her about the women agent’s operations in France headed by Eleanor.
