Chapters 27 and 28 Summary

As the word spreads, all of Meredith's friends stop talking to Bettina. Even Holly writes liar and slut on Bettina's wall in chocolate. Holly moves out of their room.

Babs calls again a couple days later to apologize to Bettina for getting mad. She says she's flying into town and she wants Bettina to come stay with her at the Ritz in town. Babs talks to Ms. McSoren but the house head says Bettina cannot be out past seven o'clock.

When Bettina gets back on the phone, she says she's still sending the limo to get her. Bettina says no, so Babs calls her a chicken and hangs up the phone.
