Joseph and Mary visits Doc to talk to Doc about being able to cheat in chess. Doc has to leave though because of the tide and he has to collect some specimens. As he is on the beach his voices start up again. His top voice is talking about this theory with the octopi, his middle voice is suggesting that he doesn't really even believe in his own theory, and his lower voice is screaming "Lonesome!".
