Summary

Teddy flashes back to when he and Maureen were participating in the psychic research study together. The two have begun a somewhat secret relationship. After Maureen and Teddy finish their break, Dr. Eldon returns and shows them a picture of a man and asks them to imagine where he is now. Teddy begins vaguely, hoping Dr. Eldon will give away clues. However, Maureen says she is sure the man is on a submarine and Dr. Eldon appears somewhat nervous.

Following their next break, Maureen and Teddy return to find a man waiting in the observation room. The man reveals that the other man from the photograph is aboard a Russian nuclear submarine, introducing himself as Destin Smalls.
