Chapters 31-32 Summary

Chapter 31 begins with an awkward interaction between Hannah, her mother and Finn, as Hannah's mom has just walked in on Hannah and Finn making out. Hannah is not sure how her mom is feeling about what she saw. After they all eat together and have an uncomfortable conversation, Hannah's mom says Finn should leave. Her mom follows them to the front door, where Finn asks if he can speak with her privately. When their conversation is over, Hannah's mom tells her that she is confused about Hannah bringing home two guys today and that she is worried Hannah is making decisions that she could regret. She also says that she hopes Hannah's kiss with Finn wasn't to get back at her for Josh liking her. Hannah tells her mom that she has no right to give her advice in this area...
