Summary

In Chapter 79, Mikami arrived home. He noted white flowers growing outside on the house’s wall. Inside, Mikami asked about Minako’s experience working for Special Ops. She had noted that outside she had seen Amamiya looking hatefully at Mesaki before focusing on the smoke that rose into the sky. He had bowed at Minako. Then Mikami informed her that Mesaki was Shoko’s kidnapper, before finally telling her the truth of the silent calls, that Amamiya had been the caller. Mikami finally was forced to confront the issue of where Ayumi was. Until learning that she was not the silent caller, he had been hiding from confronting this thought, as he was afraid she was dead. He now was hopeful she was alive. Minako and Mikami confronted one another.
