Chapters 33 and 34 Summary

On Friday night, Liam runs into Darleen at the picnic table. She's decorating a stop homecoming, save the arts poster. Liam invites her to dinner because Pete and Eddie want to talk to him about something. She says no. when Liam makes up that Pete wants Darleen to come and he's been looking forward to eating with her all week, Darleen agrees. She agrees under the condition that Liam will leave her alone after that.

Liam calls Eddie to find out more information about Darleen. He asks what kinds of books and TV shows she watches and if he should invite her dad, Phil. He doesn't answer Eddie's questions about why he wants to know. at dinner, Pete tells Liam that he thinks Liam should model at Eddie's store like they originally planned.
