Summary

In Chapter 106, Christopher wakes up on the Real side. He is all alone in the hospital, with both patients and nurses hunting him. He finds the sheriff, stuffed in a body bag but still alive, and hides in the bag with him. Nurse Tammy finds them and takes them down to the morgue.

In Chapter 107, Kate hears the Nice Man's voice in her head, taunting her. She vows to return to Christopher, but as she tries to leave, Jerry shows up at her house.

Chapter 108 finds Eddie, Matt and Mike guarding the treehouse from the mailbox people. Mike gets shot and Matt abandons the treehouse to help him. The Nice Man tricks Eddie into leaving the treehouse and facing off with Brady Collins. The treehouse is now unguarded.

Chapter 109 returns to Mary Katherine, who wakes in the psychiatric ward. She is scared, hungry...
