Chapers 9 & 10 Summary

Lula and Stephanie burst in on Munson in the shower and he escapes and runs outside. Stephanie tackles him and kicks him in the testicles, ending the chase. Lula goes to the house to get a blanket while Mitchell and Habib help Stephanie wrestle Munson to the car. The two women take Munson to the police station where he is booked into custody. Stephanie goes home to change and prepares to return to Deal. Outside her apartment Joyce Barnhardt waits looking for information on Ranger. Mitchell and Habib are unwilling to follow Joyce, as they have orders to stick to Stephanie. Joyce plans on following Stephanie, but Plum rams Joyce's SUV with the Buick, disabling it.
