Claire Fraser

Claire Fraser is one of the main characters and the only one the narration follows in the first person. As a time traveler herself, Claire has knowledge of advanced medical techniques and diseases that will not be discovered or treated for decades. This makes her a valuable medic, even though many see her as a witch for what she knows. Despite this, Claire has a lot of compassion for people and is willing to help everyone she can.
