John Green

John Green is an author, Youtuber, philanthropist, non-profit organizer, and global health advocate. Green was originally a young adult novelist who started a Youtube channel to communicate with his brother Hank. The following built up quickly forming many multiple charities and educational platforms.

John Green has been heavily involved with the global non-profit Partners in Health (PIH). Everything is Tuberculosis is Green’s second non-fiction novel, and it was written in conjunction with the launch of his newest organization, TB fighters, who lobby for increased funding and reduced hurdles to combat TB. Green has traveled extensively as part of his work both abroad and domestically, and is able to give first-hand accounts of many of the countries, governments and healthcare systems he describes.
