Summary

In Chapter 10, Alex Robbins from the Group Service Council goes to the Cathedral Heights Police Station. He inquires of Sergeant Starkey about the Moors and he hands over all the files of the gang members and asks what Alex plans to do. Alex replies he is going to break up their gang. The two men discuss whether or not the boys can be saved and both agree it is the background of the boys causing them to be criminals.

After he studies the files, Alex asks the sergeant where he can find them. Rufus and the gang, with the exception of Bantu who remained in prison on drug charges, were spending time on Baby Gibson’s roof.
