Summary

Chapter 15 opens with Colton picking Rylee up for their date. As they drive, his phone rings and it is Tawny, which makes him appear to be irritated. He puts the phone on speaker and Rylee hears Tawney say she is calling to confirm a business matter, then Colton ends the call abruptly. He takes Rylee to a carnival and while they wait in line, he asks her about herself and she tells him about her parents, brother and general background. They go on several rides, but when she refuses a particular one, she explains that she has been claustrophobic since being trapped in a car after an accident a couple of years earlier, and confirms that the accident caused the scars he noticed during sex the previous night.
