Chapter 4: The Blue's Song Summary

Kit and Nita make their way down to the beach and can see Hotshot leaping out of the water several hundred yards out. They make their way out to him, and he then tows them to a fishing platform, leaving them with S'reee. S'reee encourages Nita to change first, telling her that with their shared blood, the change will come easier to her. She tells them that shapechanging is simply a matter of believing, and wizardry. Nita gets into the water, and shucks her bathing suit, asking Kit to create a warding spell to keep the seagulls from it as she tosses it up onto the platform.
