Camelia and Kimmie go underwear shopping at the mall, letting Wes go to the arcade. Camelia contemplates buying pink pajama pants, but puts them back. When Camelia gets home, Matt is already waiting at the dining room table to study for French. Camelia asks about how things are going with Rena, and Matt replies that they're going alright. Camelia's parents are snuggled up on the couch, and Camelia explains to Matt that her parents think Americans are far too reserved. Because of that, they insist on public displays of affection. After they finish studying, Matt pulls out two articles for Camelia to see.
