Importance: This is Molly's opening statement and her next announcement – that Lil' Petey is president and she is vice president – sets off a round of arguments because most of the frogs want to be vice president as well. This is not a great beginning but Lil' Petey and Molly do accomplish their goal of getting the frogs to work on comics of their own.

Importance: This is one of several excuses for why the frogs do not start working immediately on the comics. Some say they worked but threw their pages away because they felt their efforts were not good enough. By the end of this scene, Lil' Petey and Molly encourage the frogs to create terrible stories, and this turns out to be an effective way of getting them to realize their comics...
