Summary

Chapter 8 is titled “The Show and Tell Party.” In the opening panel, Lil' Petey is handing out balloons and reminding the frogs that the first week of club meetings has ended. Flippy arrives with “monster cheese sandwiches for everybody” (136). One of the frogs draws faces on the sandwiches. Poppy says she and Flippy made cookies. Everyone says, “ They look like the Cute, Little, Fluffy Cloud of Death” (137). Pedro has brownies that look like dog poo. Flippy immediately reminds himself to “chill.” Another frog made a “Supa Fail cake” but drops it. Someone else brings toothpicks and makes “cake pops” from the broken cake.
