Summary

Chapter 4 is titled “New Rules.” Flippy says the situation is going “too far” and makes a list of things that cannot be in any future comics. The list includes poo, violence, death, and destruction. The frogs ask for clarification and list diarrhea, zombies, and murder. Flippy says those topics are all out. One of the frogs says “I'm out of ideas,” (87) and another agrees. Another says they cannot finish their comic, which was titled “Frankenfart vs the Bionic Barf Bunnies from Diarrhea Land” (88). Flippy demands the comics be wholesome. He closes his eyes and lists things they must have, including honor, integrity, and virtue. When he opens his eyes, all the frogs are gone.

Chapter 5 is titled “The House Call.” The scene opens with a doctor and the Nurse Lady rushing toward Flippy's house. The doctor is in a hurry, but the Nurse...
