Chapter 7 Summary

Marie St. Jacques Webb and her two children are with her brother John St. Jacques on the Island of Montserrat. David Webb puts his trust in Marie's brother to protect his family while he resumes the character of Bourne. John St. Jacques gets word that someone at the airport was asking about a woman and two children and decides to move them from his house to the Inn on Montserrat. The old man and woman known as Jean-Pierre and Regine Fontaigne arrived to a great deal of fanfare and are put on a plane to Montserrat.

Dr. Panov is very upset that David Webb has had to take on the persona of Jason Bourne once again and sees it as a serious setback to the psychological progress he had made in the last few years.
