Summary

"Our Dill" by Justin A. Reynolds opens with first-person narrator Jay looking for his mascot head. His best friend Mia arrives and makes him laugh as Will enters asking if someone lost a head. As Will holds Mia's hand, Jay recalls when she once hesitated after someone asked if Jay was her boyfriend. Later, his sister Jules had told Jay he should have said what was on his heart. Now, Jay wonders why Mia is blushing around Will and not introducing Jay like she always does.
