Summary

Chapter 7

Christina is sitting with Tris and musing with the others how, of all of them, there are now only six that are still alive... and out of those only two were nice (herself and Tris). Tris states that Christina is hardly to be considered nice, and they share a brief moment of hilarity. They meet up with Zeke and Uriah, and plot to leave the city.

The following day, Evelyn reveals a set of rules for everyone to follow. Curfew, and job rotations are the the new rules that are laid down. Once the meeting is done, Tris saves a Candor boy from being beaten up. Her actions brings her to the notice of a small rebel group calling themselves the Allegiant. They kidnap and blindfold her at one point telling her to meet the Allegiant tomorrow in the Candor Hideout.
