Summary

In Chapter 60, Rhysand reveals that the attackers used the Cauldron to destroy the wards that protect the city and the wards have all been restored. Rhysand is feeling guilty, knowing that he gave the immortal queens the information that left the city open to attack. Fayre knows she deliberately shut Rhysand out of her mind during the attack and expects that he will be angry for that reason and for the fact she did not run for safety. He was worried, but he is grateful that she fought for the people of Velaris.
