Summary

Part 3 is titled “The House of Mist.” In Chapter 52, Fayre begins working through her emotions. One thought is that Morrigan and Amren knew about the bond. Fayre is not certain if she is angry that they kept Rhysand's secret. Another thought is that Fayre had run away when she learned of the bond, exactly as Rhysand had feared she would. As she works through the emotional baggage, she becomes bored and searches the cabin. When she finds painting supplies, she begins to paint and paints through an entire day and night. When Morrigan checks in, she finds that Fayre has painted Amren's eyes above a door and insists that she add Morrigan's eyes as well.
