Promotional Kit

Students should create a promotional kit to advertise the "Ghosts of Cannae." Put the new items on display for the class and discuss how they represent the book differently than the cover of the book used by the class.

Calling all Poets

In the form of their choice, students should write a poem based on the book. Students can write from their perspective or that of a person from the book. Students should share their poem aloud with the class.

Favorite Quote

Students should choose their favorite quote from "Ghosts of Cannae" and put a list of quotes together. Each day, students should draw one of the quotes and discuss its significance.
