1. How do Nana Anita and Nana Sophia each act toward Jared in the first six chapters of Son of a Trickster?

Nana Anita states many times she does not trust Jared, even though he is a child, and repeatedly calls him a "trickster." This upsets Jared and his parents to the point that they move and do not talk much to Nana Anita. Nana Sophia, however, is very welcoming, loving, and supportive toward Jared. Although Jared's mother does not want to keep in contact with her after Jared's parents divorce, Jared defies her and maintains contact in secret via Facebook.

2. What does the letter Jared writes Nana Anita after moving say? What did she write back?

After his family moved, Jared writes a letter to Nana Anita informing her that his other grandmother, Nana Sophia, performed a DNA test on him when he was a baby, and his dad is, indeed, Philip. Jared writes that this proves he is not a trickster. Nana Anita writes back apologizing for saying mean things when she is mad, but warning Jared to be careful if Wee'git visits him.
