Objective

The objective of this lesson is to discuss the point of view of the novel in the Prologue through Chapter 1 and how it influences the story. In the Prologue and Chapter 1, Yang the narrator and the story is told from his first-person point of view. What a reader knows about events and characters is determined by the point of view.
